Doing Business With SPX OTC
Special service tools are easy to purchase and are available to the general public by simply contacting SPX OTC by phone, fax,mail or on the web.

Orders will be placed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Friday after 5:00 pm, or on Saturday or Sunday will not be ordered until the following business day.


F.O.B. Shipping Point
All tool shipments will be made F.O.B. Shipping Point. Shipment will be made by the method you specify. Normal methods include United Parcel Service, Parcel Post or UPS Air.

All information, specifications and pricing on this site are effective January 1, 2005 and are subject to change without notice. SPX OTC reserves the right to make changes in the design and construction of the tools without obligation to incorporate such changes in tools previously purchased.


Taxes
United States
State and local sales and/or use tax will be added to order if applicable.
Service Parts
All SPX OTC products are serviceable and replacement items are available. To order or obtain price information on unidentified parts, please describe the required part as thoroughly as possible using whatever tool numbers are available.

Returned/Repaired Goods Policy
Returns may be made upon request and a credit issued if product is in saleable condition.

1. All returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date to avoid a restocking fee.

2. Any return received after 30 days of the invoice date is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

3. Returns will not be credited after 90 days of invoice date.

4. All goods returned to SPX OTC for any reason must be shipped PREPAID.

5. Please make all claims for SHORTAGES and DAMAGES within ten (10) days from receipt of shipment. CLAIMS after this period may not be honored.

6. Return/Repair processing requires two (2) copies of the original invoice and/or pack slip. One (1) on the outside of the package and one (1) with the product inside.

7. Drop shipped items should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please call our Customer Service Department for instructions on how to return drop shipped items. (1-866-628-5508)  All returns must include an RGA (Return Goods Authorization).  No exceptions.
