MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT
From the point of receiving the new IDS equipment, SPX will provide full
maintenance and support of the hardware and operating software. A 24-hour
exchange scheme is provided in the event of a concern with the hardware or
related components. In the event of a concern with the Toughbook, a loaner PC
will be provided, all other components will be handled as a direct exchange.
Failure to return components on loan in a timely manner after being repaired
will result in non refundable late fees or the cost of the Toughbook being
charged to your parts account.
